Bison Short Ribs

Ted’s Montana Grill.

Sangria.

Bison Short Ribs. Cooked to perfection in a rich, sweet and tangy barbecue sauce.  It was the kind of meat that needs no knife to cut because it’s already falling off the bone.  Although, I did use a knife, just to be polite.  Traditional American food, done right.  Buttery, salty mashed potatoes on the side, with butter slathered all over the green beans as well.  And there was a flakey, light and buttery roll to round it all off.  I think butter might be a theme here…

Dad and Sister’s bison burgers came with American flags in them.

Mom had a meat loaf sandwich.

Probably hard to get more American than these meals.

Happy eating!
