The Hydrator Smoothie II


Am I the only one that can never drink water in the morning?  I just can’t seem to get myself to drink a couple of glasses of water to start the day off nice and hydrated.  Here’s my solution to that, a smoothie made with coconut water.  I wrote about a hydrating smoothie earlier this year, but this one is a little different.  I wanted a more simple smoothie this morning.

The Hydrator II

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 a frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are incorporated.
